Admission requirements

University entrance qualification and a relevant internship (pre-study internship) lasting 8 weeks, at least 4 weeks of which must be completed in food production. Recognized vocational training will be taken into account. Accreditation

The degree program is currently undergoing accreditation. This is expected to be completed by June 2025.

Study content

The focus of the degree program is on:

  • a comprehensive understanding of the various sectors of the food system
  • strong business administration and project management skills
  • the development of digital and technological skills

Study abroad

Studying abroad is possible in the 4th or 5th semester. The practical project and the final thesis in the 6th semester can also be completed abroad.

Specialist and management tasks in the areas of: Raw materials procurement, quality management, production and logistics, product development and innovation management, marketing and sales, sustainable corporate management
