Can you not wait for the semester to start? Then get an overview of our campuses, student committees, and advisory services, make a note of the date of your freshers’ welcome, and start your studies with us fully prepared.
Starting in the first week of classes in the winter semester, our student committees offer a variety of freshers’ events to introduce you to the wonderful student life on our campuses in Osnabrück and Lingen.
Our lectures officially begin on March 3, 2025. Simply use our information on study organization to roughly plan the coming semester. In addition to key dates, you will also find out more about your CampusCard and the semester fee.
The intranet of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is the central information platform for all students and staff concerning internal topics. As soon as you have received your university ID and CampusCard, you can log in to the intranet at intranet.hs-osnabrueck.de with your university ID.
As a student at the university, you will find all the information you need to organize and carry out your studies here: from exam and semester timetables to templates for Word and PowerPoint, from module and exam registration to information about the dining halls, the library, and part-time jobs.
From the intranet homepage, you can also access all other services and tools provided by the university, such as the ILIAS learning platform, your university emails, and your timetable. ILIAS contains all the learning content for the modules you have registered for, such as lecture notes, instructional videos, and assignments.

Each program is assigned to a faculty or institute. To help you get started and meet new people in your field of study, all faculties offer special events, programs and advice for their new students. You can find all the information you need on each faculty’s freshers’ page:
