Kurzbeschreibung

This module offers practical, project-oriented application of acquired knowledge in the respective field of specialization. It gives students the opportunity to get in contact with practical problems in an occupational setting, confronted with challenges of the digitalization, while they can benefit from the utilization of the skills learned in the module “Project-Management”.

Lehrinhalte

Project should be designed in a way that makes it possible for students to work autonomously in supervised groups, after being instructed appropriately. Students will:
1. Contribute to the planning and preparation of the respective project
2. Apply acquired knowledge regarding project management
3. Manage interest of cooperation partners and stakeholders
4. After being instructed, work on tasks independently
5. Contribute to the conduct of surveys or measures
6. Contribute to the conduct and evaluation of the respective projectAppropriate Projects are simulation games, development of solutions for students (e.g. trainings) as well as project with a non-profit focus. During the project, students are expected to reflect over experiences and increase their skills. All students receive an individual feedback on their performance and skills. Projects can relate to all fields of business-psychology.

Wissensverbreiterung
Development of occupational and social skills and competences as well as the ability to reflect the own experiences.
Wissensvertiefung
The students deepen their knowledge regarding the chosen sub-theme as well as their knowledge about scientific and practical methods in business-psychology through the conduct of the respective project as well as through the presentation of basics, methods and results.

Students are able to:
- Apply their theoretical knowledge in an exemplary sub-theme
- Develop goals and methodologies for given or self-discovered problems
- Apply and increase their occupational skills and competences
- Make experiences in working in and managing of projects

The students are able to:
- Develop their social competences during the cooperation with the group
- Learn and work autonomously
- Reflect their experiences and performances during the project
- Make appropriate use of presentation techniques

The students are able to plan, conduct and manage a complex project on multiple levels and consider interests of multiple stakeholders.
