Kurzbeschreibung

Today’s leaders in the NPO sector operate in a very intercultural environment. They are the kind of people who must respond flexibly to the situational requirements of leadership in a delicate balance between task orientation and goal achievement on the one hand and employee orientation on the other. In this context, knowledge of one’s expectations and roles is of great importance. This module involves reflecting on these aspects and comparing them with how others perceive them.
