- Empfohlene Vorkenntnisse
Fundamentals of Statistics
- Wissensverbreiterung
Students will be able to describe the different components of learning organisations and health systems and differentiate the various system characteristics.
- Wissensvertiefung
Students will be able to contextualise learning systems in relation to fundamental digital societal transformation processes and gain a deeper understanding of their functions and applications.
- Wissensverst?ndnis
Students are able to critically reflect on the capabilities and limitations of learning systems at the organisational and system level.
- Nutzung und Transfer
Students are able to apply basic methods and techniques used in learning systems to different scenarios.
- Wissenschaftliche Innovation
Learning health systems represent a fundamental innovation in health care. Students can use their acquired knowledge as a tool to initiate new process designs in (health) organisations.
- Kommunikation und Kooperation
Students will be able to communicate the concept of learning systems as an approach to system or organisation-wide quality optimisations to the various stakeholders of such systems (e.g. clinicians, statisticians, managers and informatics professionals) in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to coordinate between corresponding stakeholders.
- Wissenschaftliches Selbstverst?ndnis / Professionalit?t
Students can reflect on learning systems against the background of ethical, legal and economic framework requirements.
