International Staff Week "Programs and Services for international students and researchers at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences"

Welcome to the International Staff Week 2025 "Programs and services for international students & researchers University of Applied Sciences"!

We invite administrative staff from international partner universities to spend a week of job shadowing, networking and sharing expertise with colleagues. We especially address staff members who support incoming international student or researchers (International Offices/Welcome Centers).

Staff members of our institution, who work with international incoming students and researchers, look forward to connecting with their counterparts from international partner universities to share ideas and best-practices. In addition, there will be campus tours, presentations on Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, social and cultural events. We also offer time slots for individual meetings and networking.

The following topics will be available for a job shadowing session during one morning of the staff week:

1. Study/Internship Programs for international students
2. Services for international degree-seeking students
3. Services for international visiting students
4. Services for international researchers
5. Student Mobility Management

In the application form, you will be able to select one of the topics that you are most interested in (first and second choice).

Please note that the sessions may be subject to change. We may also need to cancel certain topics, if we do not receive enough applications.

The application form will open here on March 15, 2025. Application deadline is May 15, 2025 and you will be notificied about your acceptance shortly after that. We accept up to two applications per university; additional applicants will be places on a waiting list.
